Privacy Policy

Introduction

Zombie Couple AI (zombiecouple-ai.com) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data and uploaded photos. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Uploaded Photos & Generated Videos Retention

We treat your uploaded photos with strict privacy controls:

1. Purpose-Limited Processing — Photos you select are sent to our AI video generation provider solely when you start a generation job to recast the performer in your requested video.
2. Browser Draft Storage — Before generation, your selected photo setup may be temporarily cached in your own browser's local storage for up to 24 hours so you do not lose your setup during sign-in or checkout. You can clear it at any time using the remove button in the generator.
3. Private Storage & Deletion — Uploaded source photos are used only for rendering your video and are not shared publicly or used to train third-party foundation models. Unused temporary uploads are purged within 24 hours.
4. Google Sign-In Scope — Signing in with Google only provides your basic profile (name, email address, and profile avatar when available). It never accesses your Google Photos, Google Drive, or Gmail messages.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our service:

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in or complete a guest checkout.
2. Usage & Generation Data — Task status, selected resolution, credit transactions, and generated video links saved to your account.
3. Device & Technical Information — Browser type, operating system, and IP-based region used for security, rate-limiting, and fraud prevention.
4. Payment Information — Payments are processed by Stripe or your selected payment gateway. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Render and deliver your requested Zombie Couple AI videos.
• Maintain your credit balance, automatically return credits on failed renders, and send order receipts.
• Respond to support tickets and refund requests.

• Infrastructure and AI inference providers strictly necessary to render and host your video.
• Payment processors (such as Stripe) to complete your checkout.
• Law enforcement or public authorities when required by applicable law.
